When registering for an fg66i account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading details constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

fg66i operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and verification of your payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or certain bonuses are processed. Failure to complete KYC may result in your account being restricted or suspended. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. • KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Pending KYC may delay processing by up to 5 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fg66i periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will be treated as multi-accounting and subject to account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using fg66i, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or using the platform to process proceeds of any criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting errors in posted odds, using automated betting software (bots), arbitrage betting, or employing strategies designed solely to game fg66i's promotional system.
• Opening more than one account per person, using another person's identity to register, or facilitating a third party in using your account.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at fg66i staff, support agents, or other platform users through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg66i platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, software, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of fg66i or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online platforms serving the Bangladesh market.
